Persimon® kaki toast with sobrassada
Ingredients
- 3 Persimon® kakis
- 300 g sobrassada
- 6 toasted country bread slices
- Salt and pepper
- Spanish olive oil, Arbequina variety
Preparación
Rub the toasted bread with ripe Persimon® kakis.
Spread a generous layer of sobrassada over the toast and add thin slices of Persimon® kakis on top.
Season with salt and pepper, and a dash of Arbequina olive oil.
