Persimon® kakis in vegetable vinaigrette
Ingredients
- Persimon® kakis in vegetable vinaigrette
- Persimon® kakis in vegetable vinaigrette
- 1 onion with stem
- 1 turnip
- 6 black olives
- 3 sweet peas
- Spring onion
- 1 red onion
Preparación
Cut Persimon® kakis into fairly thick segments.
Finely chop all vegetables, olives and onion. Place in a salad bowl and add the fried breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper. Top with two tablespoons of Spanish olive oil and a few drops of the Sherry vinegar reduction.
Mix the vinaigrette well. Dip the kaki segments in the salad bowl to cover them completely and place on a plate.
