Persimon® kaki cream

Ingredients

  • 4 Persimon® kakis
  • Cream
  • Sugar
  • Whipped cream
  • Chestnut jam

Preparación

Top the “Persimon®” kakis and empty them out, setting aside their shells.

Mix the pulp in equal parts with the cream.

Add sugar to taste.

Freeze the mix and then the shells with fruit. Garnish with whipped cream and chestnut jam.
