The Kaki Persimon is very good. But behind our persimmons there is a great deal of work that certifies the quality of a unique product. The Regulatory Council of the Denomination of Origin is a product certification entity (Kaki of the Rojo Brillante variety) accredited by ENAC with accreditation No. 88/C-PR195
